  • Sign and serve as the property owner’s legal agent for all notices required to initiate and pursue the eviction process
  • This is a legal proceeding in Arkansas, a lawsuit. By filing as your agent, the case name is Home Roots Property Management versus Tenant Name rather than Your Name versus Tenant Name. We keep you out of the legal filings section of the newspaper!
  • We will attend all court hearings if needed. Homeowners will not be required to attend.
  • Commence and prosecute actions to evict tenants
  • Recover possession of the property
  • Recover rents and other amounts due
